SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions & destinations. We ship via USPS priority mail.
RETURN POLICY
Any returns must be within 14 days of receipt of the order. All merchandise must be in original packaging and be in like-new quality. A 10% restocking fee will apply.
Customers must contact Global for approval of all returns. They must get a Return Authorization P.O. number. The Return Authorization number must be printed clearly on outside of all packages. All freight for return merchandise will be at the customer's cost.
Any discrepancies with our transfers, (like shortages, damaged goods) must be notified within 2 days of receipt.
Custom orders cannot be returned.
